Dr Gowri Subramanian is an integrative physician and wellbeing strategist with over 15 years of experience working across healthcare, education, and corporate environments.

Her work bridges evidence-based medical science with leadership, emotional intelligence, and organisational culture, helping people move beyond burnout toward clarity, resilience, and sustained performance.

Dr Gowri has designed and delivered mental wellbeing and leadership programs for organisations globally, supporting executives, managers, educators, and professionals navigating high-pressure environments. Her approach is practical, preventative, and deeply human — focused on building skills people can apply immediately in both work and life.
